Your responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, assisting housekeeping staff with the turnover of guest rooms, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms
• Assist housekeeping staff with the turnover of guest rooms by delivering supplies and removing trash
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of our guests and team members

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a housekeeping or janitorial role is preferred
